Fresh Cut

When it comes time to get a hair cut or trim I panic. I never have a good experience at a hair salon. Us girls know that "trims," for the most part, are non-existant. Two inches becomes ten.

My hair has always been long. All the way down to my lower back. Within the last year I told myself I wanted to try a new color/style so I took a shot at it. I entered a salon and asked for long layers not knowing I would end up walking out with the worst cut in my life. 

It was horrible. Half my hair was chopped off and my "layers" consisted of one long (thin) layer and one short (thick) layer. Unbelievable. 

Well what could I do? The first few months sucked. Hair in a bun everyday until it grew. 

Almost a year later I once again step foot into a salon, and his time ladies I am beyond happy that I have finally found someone who knows how to style/cut hair. The very beautiful and talented Nalitha from La Tour Salon & Spa in Berkeley is amazing. She was able to give me the exact style I was looking for while keeping my length. Overall it was a great experience. The service, the environment, and the outcome. It doesn't get any better. I highly recommend you guy's to check this place out. They know hair, especially Nalitha. The photo above was shot right after my cut. I actually have layers now! Soooo in love with my hair.

New Heels

Bought these heels about a week ago. They are knock off's of the Gucci 'Victoire' Buckle Sandals. For $30 I love them. Quality not comparable to the authentic Gucci heels but they work for me. Super sexy, can't wait to pair them up with a dress. 

Daily Look

Simple yet stylish. Button up + Converse + the perfect pair of high waist jeggings = cute pin up look. I'm wearing the same jeggings from two blog posts ago. I'm so happy I ordered them in the dark and light wash. Asos has a bunch of high waist jeans but I'm iffy on ordering. Let me know if any of you ladies have a pair!

Winter in Cali

Winter? Not in San Francisco. These photos were taken on Monday and the weather was unbelievable, perfect day for an outdoor shoot. I took the opportunity to wear one of my pencil skirts (I'm stocked up in every color ;P ) and I loved it! So basic yet makes for a great outfit. My kind of style.

Suede Leopard

I believe this is the only hat I currently own and the suede/leopard print combo is perfect. The complete look feels comfortable especially in these perfect high waist jeggings. Stretchy and figure flattering. Remember heels can always be substituted the for flats for a casual daytime look.

Wear Black Wednesday

I've Been meaning to wear these Asos Tights I bought a while ago. I think all black suits them perfectly. I love the vamp look.

I love chunky knit cardigans. Sooo warm and comfy. I paired it with my new favorite knee high boots. They are my favorite because they fit great! I usually have a hard time finding boots that fit my little legs. These fit like a glove. As for my nails I went with this beautiful green by OPI.

Hi loves. Here's a wish list of the things that I have been wanting. What I want most are the beautiful Liquid Sand OPI nail polishes. I have a few but I want them all. lol. Secondly I would love to get my hands on the Nars True Bleu Lip Pencil. I was able to test it out on my lips today and it is gorgeous! Unfortunately everywhere I go it's sold out. =( Lastly I would like to buy myself a new lens for my DSLR. Either a macro or a wide lens. But how about that darling dress from Pinup Girl Clothing? LOVE it! Too bad its out of stock in XS =/ Restock please!

Pencil Me In

December is here guys and it's getting pretty cold outside! I'm excited. Dark fall colors, sweaters, coats and jackets! As much as I love the hot season I sure do enjoy cuddle weather ;D

With that in mind I decided to pair my new lovely green midi pencil skirt with my favorite off the shoulder sweater top. I LOVE pencil skirts. OBSESSED! Gotta have them, In EVERY color. lol. You can dress them up or down. A very classy, feminine and timeless essential to have in ones wardrobe. I assure you that you will be seeing more posts with pencil skirts in the near future.
