Hello hello!!! Here are some pics taken on Monday. It was my 24th birthday!! I celebrated with my mom because its also her birthday! Yup, we share the same date =D This July has been one of the best. Even though summer is here, due to our crazy San Francisco weather, I still find myself wearing fall season clothing. The plus side is that I LOVE jackets. Everyone needs a well fitted jacket in their wardrobe!

'Midi' Me

Who says petite girls cant rock these beautiful below the knee midi skirts? My little self stands at only 5'0 and had no complaints of any sort. In fact I am so in love with my midi skirt that I'm eyeing the same one in the 'Oxblood' deep red color on sale at Asos; tempting. I wore this baby out on Sunday for the first time and I couldn't be any happier. It felt super comfy and I felt so classy. Took me back to the 1940s~1950s era. It reminded me of my all time favorite actress Lucille Ball and her elegant way of dressing.

Downtown Oakland

This past Sunday I went to the Oakland Museum of California and I must say they had some pretty cool exhibits. Below are a few pictures I took of the many exhibits that caught my eye.

Have you noticed my favorite place to shop is H&M? =P They always have the cutest things for the lowest price! I go on a weekly basis to see what new things they have in store. I was able to find these dark blue corduroy pants for only $8! They were on sale and an additional 50% off the price tag. Doesn't get any better than that! After a months worth of heavy shopping its rewarding when you are able to snatch up some good deals. One of my other recent purchase are these leather MIA flats which also come in a beautiful 'seafoam' light green. They are super soft & comfy. They didn't hurt a bit after a long day at the museum/walking around downtown Oakland.
